  • Withdraw pesos at the best rate in Argentina

Withdraw pesos at the best rate in Argentina

We’ve added a new feature for WanderWallet users in Argentina: cash withdrawals at RedATM machines.

RedATM is a nationwide network operated by Octagon, with hundreds of ATMs across Argentina that support QR-based withdrawals. That means you can now walk up to a compatible RedATM, select “QR withdrawal” on the screen, and simply scan the code with WanderWallet, just like you would when paying at any store. The machine will instantly give you pesos.

This is the easiest way yet to turn your balance into cash. There’s no card needed, and the fee is under one US dollar per withdrawal. On top of that, WanderWallet’s exchange rate is up to 5 % better than what you’d get with foreign cards or currency exchanges.

You can find RedATM machines in Carrefour supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, and shopping centers across more than 20 provinces.

We’re proud to make Argentina even more accessible for our users. From paying at any QR-enabled store to walking away with cash in hand when you need it.

The full list of RedATM machines can be found on this map.

WanderWallet now supports direct deposits in EUR and USD

We’ve just unlocked a new way to fund your WanderWallet: you can now add money directly in euros or dollars, no crypto required.

This update makes WanderWallet fully accessible to anyone arriving in Latin America with a regular bank account. You can simply send a SEPA or ACH transfer to your personal account details in the app and the funds arrive in minutes, ready to use across Brazil and Argentina with local QR codes like Pix and Transferencia 3.0.

No exchanges. No hidden conversions. Just digital dollars that move the way they should.

Whether you’re paying rent in São Paulo, splitting dinner in Buenos Aires, or withdrawing pesos from a Carrefour ATM, WanderWallet now works seamlessly with your existing banking system.

This launch also marks an important shift in our mission: bridging everyday money between continents, not just crypto. It’s the simplest way yet for travelers, expats, and remote workers to pay like locals.
